Electrophoretic Deposition Modeling
Electrophoretic deposition is formed by using a direct current electric field to promote the migration of charged particles, and then deposited on the opposite polarity electrode.
Advantages
Simple operation, flexibility and high reliability, so it is suitable for forming methods of multilayer ceramic capacitors, sensors, and gradient functional ceramics.
Disadvantage
Sensitive to changes in process parameters
Complex process, strict requirements for equipment and engineers.
