Selecci\u00f3n y optimizaci\u00f3n del polvo<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Como material principal para el moldeo por inyecci\u00f3n, los requisitos m\u00e1s importantes son la granulometr\u00eda fina y la forma regular. El polvo con un tama\u00f1o de part\u00edcula peque\u00f1o tiene buena fluidez durante el moldeo por inyecci\u00f3n, gran cantidad de llenado y baja contracci\u00f3n por sinterizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Adhesivo<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Selecci\u00f3n del adhesivo<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La selecci\u00f3n del sistema aglutinante es el eslab\u00f3n central del moldeo por inyecci\u00f3n de cer\u00e1mica de al\u00famina. No s\u00f3lo afecta directamente al rendimiento de inyecci\u00f3n de la alimentaci\u00f3n, sino que tambi\u00e9n determina el m\u00e9todo de desengrasado y afecta al rendimiento final del producto. El sistema aglutinante tiene dos funciones b\u00e1sicas en el proceso de moldeo por inyecci\u00f3n: en primer lugar, garantizar que la alimentaci\u00f3n tenga una buena fluidez; en segundo lugar, garantizar la resistencia del cuerpo verde.<\/p>\n<p>En la actualidad, los aglutinantes m\u00e1s utilizados para el moldeo por inyecci\u00f3n de cer\u00e1mica de al\u00famina son la parafina (PW), el polipropileno (PP) y el \u00e1cido este\u00e1rico (SA).<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>El efecto de los tensioactivos<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Seg\u00fan la teor\u00eda reol\u00f3gica, los tensioactivos controlan en gran medida las propiedades de las cargas cer\u00e1micas, y la estabilidad de las cargas aumenta con el incremento de la capa de adsorci\u00f3n en la superficie de las part\u00edculas cer\u00e1micas. En el proceso de moldeo por inyecci\u00f3n de cer\u00e1mica de al\u00famina, la cantidad de tensioactivo variar\u00e1 con otros componentes del aglutinante, y su contenido se sit\u00faa mayoritariamente entre 1% y 5%.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Desengrasado<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El proceso de desengrase es el que m\u00e1s tiempo consume en el proceso de moldeo por inyecci\u00f3n y el m\u00e1s cr\u00edtico para el control de calidad. Un desengrase incorrecto puede provocar muchos defectos en el producto. Numerosos trabajos de investigaci\u00f3n han demostrado que el proceso de desengrasado es inseparable de la adici\u00f3n de aglutinantes, y que los distintos aglutinantes utilizan m\u00e9todos de desengrasado diferentes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Sinterizaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El cuerpo verde cer\u00e1mico desengrasado es un cuerpo moldeado poroso de baja densidad. Requiere densificaci\u00f3n y sinterizaci\u00f3n a altas temperaturas para obtener piezas cer\u00e1micas densas con la precisi\u00f3n dimensional y la estructura de fibras
